四、研究方向

1.纳米制剂递送给药

针对血管增生性疾病(肿瘤、糖尿病视网膜病变等),致力于研究高效穿透血脑屏障或眼球屏障的纳米靶向制剂。

2.蛋白多肽类研究

主要致力于融合蛋白的表达、纯化及活性研究;设计筛选多功能靶向穿膜肽使其用于血管增生性疾病的治疗

3.外泌体的研究

对间充质干细胞外泌体的产量、工程化及活性评价研究。
